Introduction to Psychological Methods

Fall 2008

Welcome to the first course on research methods in Psychology. In this course the student will become familiar with the methods and theory underlying much of the research techniques used in Psychology. Research design, implementation and reporting will be stressed. The student will learn about Psychology research journals, data collection methods, research ethics of the American Psychological Association (APA), and the appropriate APA style for writing research reports.
